Speakers: Louise Ward MIACC MIACP & Stuart Wilson MIACP LBCAI MEAC
Louise has a Master’s in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy. She is also trained in Couple Therapy, (using evidence based therapies that work, designed to restore the connection between couples) Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Critical Incident Stress Debriefing. Louise works with adults, teens and pre-teens in a way that is best suited to their needs and presenting issues.
Louise is also an experienced trainer and facilitator in Ireland and abroad. She has many years experience in counselling. Louise is a director of Zest4kidz, an overseas agency working with vulnerable children all over the world, with rescued child prostitutes in India, ex-child soldiers in Uganda and chlid prisoners in Belerus. She is married with three daughters. Louise uses her CBT skills to create exceptional results for her clients in the areas of anxiety and stress.
Stuart Wilson founded ZestLife Training and ZestLife Counselling centre and has become well known in the therapeutic field as an expert dealing with teenagers and teen Behaviour and family related issues and communications. Known in the probation, schools and family settings as a Behavioural therapist who gets exceptional results resulting in better family harmony. Stuart has appeared on TV & Radio for his work.
Stuart founded Zest4Kidz children’s charity assisting vulnerable kids worldwide he has grown a passion to live in a world where kids know they are cared for and loved. Stuart is married to Magi and they have 5 kids currently living at home, but are Mom and Dad to many more.
Welcome to our evening workshop on mindfulness and adapting the principles of mindfulness into your daily life. Life passes us by fast and often we spend a lot of time thinking about the past or worrying about the future. Anger, frustration, stress, anxiety and worry become an all too familiar part of our days. This evening will enable you to embrace the practice of mindfulness into your day and ease pressures and stresses from your life with ease.
